The course also emphasizes on maintaining the service quality through individual as well as collective responsibility while adapting to change.

This course focuses on the importance of adopting a change mindset in these ever-changing times and creating a productive change cycle. Students will then use these cycles to orient, perform and evaluate change. They will also learn to formulate leadership strategies that take into consideration the complexity of change and thereby facilitate transformation.
This intermediate course is a part of a MicroMasters Program in Managing Technology & Innovation: How to deal with disruptive change offered by RWTH Aachen University and can be completed in 6 weeks. The theme of this course is disruption in businesses and the course aims to help students to proactively manage such disruptions and use it to their advantage. In this course, through real-life case studies, students will learn how to identify disruptions early on, manage them proactively, and look at it from a more strategic perspective. Though there are no prerequisites for the course, basic knowledge of business administration and math is beneficial.
