Leading Healthcare Quality and Safety is a health course offered by the George Washington University School of Nursing. Instructions are given in English for 4 weeks. Fundamentals of Organization is a Business course offered by Politecnico di Milano. It’s taught in English for 6 hours, spread over 3 weeks. Organization is the main theme in understanding how a body functions. Organizational design let’s you in on how work is subdivided, coordination between the activities and people, as well as the processes involved in achieving efficiency and effectiveness. It also considers decision making in the company, as organization and desicion making are complementary roles of a manager.
